Welcome to SCP Drama!

Before you log in, access, or use the SCP Drama products, mini-programs, and services (hereinafter referred to as “SCP Drama Services”, “SCP Drama”, “our services”, or “services”) provided by Southern Cross Pictures Limited and/or its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as “Southern Cross Pictures”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), please read these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") carefully.

SCP Drama Services refer specifically to relevant products, short dramas, animated series, features, and/or functions provided via the SCP Drama platform, including but not limited to our application within the TikTok Minis platform, our website (scpdrama.com), or other mobile sites operated, managed, or owned by us (hereinafter referred to as “our platform” or “platform”).

1. Application and Acceptance of the Terms

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and us. By accessing, logging into, or using SCP Drama Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any clause of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using SCP Drama Services.

2. Age Restrictions and Our Services

2.1 Age of Eligibility (US & EU Compliance)

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction to consent to data processing under GDPR/CCPA) to access or use SCP Drama Services. If you are under 18 or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have reviewed these Terms with your parent or legal guardian and that they agree to these Terms on your behalf.

Special Notice for Animated Content: While we present animated series, our platform and content are NOT directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

2.2 SCP Drama Account & TikTok Integration

  • Third-Party Authorization: SCP Drama allows you to log in and register through authorized third-party platforms (specifically TikTok OAuth). By logging in via TikTok, you agree to comply with both these Terms and the relevant rules, community guidelines, and terms of service of TikTok.

  • Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and passwords. All activities that occur under your account shall be deemed your own actions, and you will be held fully liable for any consequences arising therefrom.

2.3 Account Cancellation

You may request the deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at support@scpdrama.com. Upon successful deletion:

  • You automatically waive all remaining unconsumed virtual items, points, or unlocked content history, and such data is permanently unrecoverable.

  • Deletion of your account does not exempt you from any liabilities resulting from your historical use of the account.

3. User Conduct & Content Intellectual Property

3.1 Strict Proprietary Rights (Official Licensing)

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, character designs, artworks, scripts, video footage, and audio tracks contained within SCP Drama, are officially licensed and legally owned by Southern Cross Pictures Limited or its licensors.

  • Prohibited Actions: You are strictly prohibited from recording screens (screen-capturing), ripping, downloading, reproducing, redistributing, re-editing, or creating derivative works of any short dramas or animated content from SCP Drama for any commercial or non-commercial public purpose without our explicit prior written consent.

3.2 Prohibited Behaviors

You agree that you will not use SCP Drama Services to:

  • Engage in any malicious actions, including utilizing software exploits, bugs, bots, spiders, scrapers, or crawlers to access, scrape, or manipulation our content and systems;

  • Circumvent, bypass, or disable any security measures or digital rights management (DRM) tools implemented by SCP Drama;

  • Upload, post, or transmit any comments, bullet-messages (danmaku), or user-generated content that is defamatory, abusive, obscene, hateful, racially offensive, or violates TikTok’s Community Guidelines.

4. Paywall, In-App Purchases, Billing, and Refunds

4.1 Paywall & Pricing

SCP Drama utilizes a Paywall mechanism for premium short dramas and animated content. Content may be unlocked using virtual points, coins, or subscriptions purchased through official third-party payment gateways integrated within the TikTok Minis platform. We reserve the right to adjust pricing, coin packages, and subscription rates at our sole discretion.

4.2 No-Refund Policy (United States & General Jurisdictions)

All purchases of virtual currency, coins, points, or unlocked premium content made via SCP Drama are final, immediate, and non-refundable once the transaction is completed, except as otherwise required by applicable local laws. You are entirely responsible for confirming your purchase intent and transaction amounts before executing payment.

4.3 EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal Waiver (European Union)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you acknowledge and agree that by purchasing, unlocking, or streaming digital content on SCP Drama, you are requesting immediate performance of the digital service and explicitly consent to lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) once the digital content delivery or streaming has begun.

4.4 Third-Party Payment Processors

All payment transactions are handled by secure, authorized third-party payment institutions (e.g., TikTok In-App Purchase, Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay). SCP Drama does not directly store your credit card numbers, billing passwords, or sensitive financial data.

5. DMCA / Intellectual Property Infringement Claims

As all contents on SCP Drama are legally authorized, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that any content hosted on our platform infringes upon your legitimate copyright, please send an official copyright complaint notice to our legal designated email: info@scpdrama.com.

Your notice must include:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative;

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;

  • Identification of the specific material on SCP Drama that is claimed to be infringing (including URLs or screenshots);

  • Your contact information (Address, telephone number, and email).

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

6.1 "As Is" Basis

SCP DRAMA SERVICES AND ALL INFORMATION, SHORT DRAMAS, ANIMATIONS, AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SOUTHERN CROSS PICTURES LIMITED, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, REPUTATION, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1 Governing Law

These Terms, their execution, interpretation, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7.2 Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the validity, invalidity, breach, or termination thereof, shall first be sought to be resolved through amicable negotiations by contacting support@scpdrama.com.

If an amicable settlement cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the New Zealand International Arbitration Centre (NZIAC) in accordance with its Arbitration Rules.

  • The seat of arbitration shall be Auckland, New Zealand.

  • The language of the arbitration shall be English.

  • The arbitration award shall be final and binding upon both parties.

7.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND SOUTHERN CROSS PICTURES LIMITED AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

8. Amendments and Contact Information

8.1 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting an announcement on scpdrama.com or via an in-app pop-up notification before the modifications take effect. Your continued use of SCP Drama Services after the effective date constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
